When choosing his campaign themes the editor is bravely waging war down the path of least resistance…. Even so, that shouldn’t prevent us from enjoying another of Shyama’s comments. And this is the one that first caught my eye and made me write up this rather than watch the end of Poirot; simply because the reading of it coincided serendipitously with the appearance of a commercial for some nefarious ”WeLend-U-Money.com” website.
Yes, Shyama, I agree: Numeracy is as important as literacy. Let’s put it back at the heart of learning.
